Hello! We lived in Nimba from 1968 to 1971, in Area R, and in Old Camp in Buchanan from 1971 to 1974. We have 2 sons, Harry and Lasse and I (Bertil) worked at CSS just like Heidis father. We are now living in Vasa in Finland. Thank you Heidi for making this marvelous meeting place for "former Liberians".

Hi! I came to Liberia in August 1963 with my patents - Knud & Else Albjerg. We lived in F29 until 1965 where we moved to F7. In '66 I left Liberia for boarding school. My parents moved to Buchanan in '66 and left Liberia in 1968.In 1984 I came back to Liberia to work at the Power Plant in Buchanan. A lot had changed during the years, but it was nice to be back. I left in '86.I still see Alan Schollar regularly. He is still in Liberia, working for ITC Bank in Monrovia, but will probably return to UK this spring. If any body is interested I'll be happy to pass on any messages for him.

Hi! We where teachers at International school in Yekepa 1975-1979. Björn knows a lot of the pupils in the photos. He was their physic and math teacher. We had a wonderful time in Liberia. In Sala where we live are PE-teacher Bob Sherman and his wife Ulla living. Bobs son Charles lives in Stockholm and have one girl with a swedish girl. They had to escape from the civil war in 1991. They had to leave everything behind, house, photos all the belongings.

I just want to say hello to all who might know me and Ingrid from the time I used to work for Sentab 1959 -1961 living in Buchanan and for Ericsson 64 -79 living in Mornrovia and for Lamco (CSS) 1982 to 1989 Buchanan and Nimba. Dear Heidi, You are doing an excellent job with the web site and the guest book. I was in Liberia: Buchanan SENTAB 1959 to 1961 Monrovia LME/LTC 1964 to 1966 Monrovia LME/LTC 1977 to 1979 Buchanan CSS LAMCO 1982 to 1987 Yekepa CSS LAMCO 1987 to 1989 I am now retired and living partly in Costa Rica and partly on Costa del Sol in Spain, where we have a house near the town of Torre del Mar about 40 km east of Malaga. I used to consider Liberia my second home, and we actually had in mind to retire in Liberia after Lamco, but unfortunately the civil unrest put a stop to that. I would very much like to get in contact with our liberian friends and colleagues from the time I built the liberian telephone net during the 60th and the 70th as well as all our friends and colleagues in Lamco during the 80th. Hi all! This site sure brings up a lot of memories to me. My family lived in Yekepa from 1961 to 1963 (in the oldest area)I went to the Old School and had Gunilla Sahlin and Keith Fremdling as my teachers. In july 1963 we moved to Buchanan (Loop 2, the first house)I went to the 4th grade with Astrid Sundholm as my teacher, and the 5th and 6th grade with James Eklöf as the head teacher. I m writing cause the other time i was here on the site I wrote a private commant. I just want to write that I left my heart in Yekepa were I grew up and spend my childhood. We ( Carina,Gisela,I,My parents Ulla and Bror) Came 1960 lived and stayed in Liberia back and forth till 1981.My parents came back to yekepa 85-89 and left cause of the big revolution.I have such good memories of our stay and thinking of how it is today and then hurts. Liberia was a paradise and I know many agrees to that.So hopefully one day we can go back and maybe for the reeunionmeeting,lets see. I worked as teacher in P.E. at the Lamco International School 1979-83. My wife, Stina, was also teaching at the school. We had three children: Johan, Amanda and Selinda. Johan have two boys, Benjamin and Daniel together with Suzan Jonsson, now living in Stockholm. Amanda, now 27 years old has a boy, Alexander 1,5 years old and live with her boyfriend in Göteborg. She works at an attorney´s office. Selinda, adopted by us in 1981 will soon celebrate her 19th birthday. She was born a Grebo girl but unfortunately we no longer stay in contact with her Liberian family. Both Stina an I are still working as teachers. Stina in Kullaviksskolan, our local school, and I am teaching at the University of Göteborg, the P.E.-teacher training department. We still keep in touch with many friends from our time in Liberia and remember the years in that lovely country with great joy!

Wow! I have cried and laughed and been so washed over by the memories of the most beautiful moments of my life. I was born in Yekepa and at age two, my parents moved to Buchanan. I was the baby of the Benjamin tribe. You could say that I was born and bred in Liberia, making an appearance on March 19th 1982 at the local hospital in Yekepa. Everyone in the family is doing well, Michael is a successful golf professional in Florida (surprise, surprise), Vincent is a manager for a large electronics manufacturer, Noreen is just completing her nurses training and I am in my final year of a degree in physiotherapy in Bristol. Mum and Dad are fine although you could say that they have slowed down the infamous partying that they got up to over there!. Hidie, How are you. Its been nearly 20 years since we last saw each other. It was realy great to read your home page, those memories of Liberia will stay with all of us forever.The most amazing thing about living and growing up in Liberia is that you can never forget the place, the smells, the people, the weather, everything seems frozen in my mind. Every morning when I get up the first thing I think of is Liberia, in the night when i go to bed the last thing I think of is Liberia. Over the years these thoughts have not got stopped but have remaind with me and when things havent gone to well they have been a great sorce of comfort. After I left Liberia I spent a short time in Billingham England then I emigrated to Canada where I worked in Elliot lake Ontario in the Uranium Mines for 11 years. The mines closed down and 1600 people were out of work. Fortunately I was offered a job in Newcastle New Brunswick in a Zinc mine and that is where I am living now. Hello Heidi: My sister connected me to your site. I am now a Martin living on the east coast of Canada but I used to go by Berry. Hard to believe that it was so long ago. I have very fond memories of growing up in Liberia and especially of all the wonderful diverse people we were fortunate to grow up with. Lots of good times at the Nautilus club on Friday afternoons, Furtemarks beach and ofcourse the golf course where we spent most of our time while dad golfed. The dances weren't that bad. I have some great photos of the crowd we hung with and school pictures. My husband is having them scanned at work and I will forward them to you. I see so many names that are still familiar to me. Just found your site on the web … excellent work!! My late father, Geoffrey Bexon, worked as a diesel instructor for Lamco between April 1970 and May 1971 and (I believe) lived in Yekepa. We have been back in the States for 12 years and represent SIM, the mission that started ELWA, in California, Arizona and Nevada. 16-18 June 2000 we were at an ELWA reunion in Illinois where 150 missionaries, Liberians, and adult missionary kids gathered. We are delighted to tell you ELWA is back broadcasting in English and 6 Liberian languages. African Bible College continues with a campus in Malawi. (Marian, Paul and Palmer Chinchen are all on staff at ABC with their parents in Malawi.) Hi, everyone!!! Heidi, thanks for the amazing website! I was born and lived in Yekepa from '75 to '78 and '83 to '87 and Buchanan from '79 to '82. What wonderful memories! The international school, class parties, the swimming, tennis and horse riding clubs in Yekepa, climbing the pool tower, Maddi's ice cream shop, the nautical and tennis clubs in Buchanan...so many things. Hi everyone! It has just been a coincidence for me to find this web-site and I can't explain my fellings after going through all those pictures quite similars to the ones I have. I was born in Liberia 1969 and lived there till I was 10 when my parents decided to send me in Spain with my grand-parents. I kept visiting Liberia for X-Mas (lovely sweet memories with good friends over there)up to 1990 when problems began. I went back twice 1999 and 2001 cause my father, William (working in he timber side) was still there (he has spent nearly 37 years in the country so he is half-liberian half-spanish). Hejsan & Hello to All: Hiedi, Thank You O! for a job well done.This site has taken be down memory lane. I was born in LAMCO Buchanan and lived in Loop 2 with my grand parents (Henry L. Chesson - Civil Engineering Department & Rebecca Chesson - Kindergarden teacher LAMCO, Buchanan). We later moved to Loop 1 (our neighbor was the principal - Bengt Wikstrom & Family). Below are some school mates I remember:James Meece, Mardea George, Dale Reeves, Fiona McMurchie, Patricia Fitgerald,Victoria Armstrong, Theda Petterson, Jonathon Nimrod,Joe Wieberg,Cliff Illie,Ruddy Chesters etc. Hope all are well. Also miss the great sporting events between LAMCO International school, Buchanan and E-school, Yekepa. So what have I been up to since LAMCO? After LAMCO, I attended Ricks Institute in Liberia and came to the U.S. in 1981 as an exchange student. Returned to Liberia in 1982 and attended the Cuttington University College (graduated in 1988). After Cuttington, started work as a Financial Analyst with the Minsitry of Finance. Lasted until the outbreak of the civil war (1990). During the civil war I worked with the United Nations delivering much needed relief supplies in the country. This was a tough but wonderful experience(it gave me a different perspective on life). In 1993 I returned to the U.S. to study for my Masters in Business Administation-MBA at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Upon graduation (1996)I was hired by MasterCard International (Global credit card company).I currently work as a Business Analyst for this company. My wife Yvette, and I along with our 2 sons Jehu Jr.(9yrs) and Dale Oloff (2yrs), currently reside in St. Louis Missouri, USA. Thanks once again to Heidi for a job well done! After reading your wonderfull guesbook,I can see that the majority of entryes are from Yekepa and employes from the early sixties are rare.I arrived October 62 by a small plane From Monrovia to Buchanan,at that time the railroad to Nimba where under constconstruction,the breakwater in Buchanan where very short and of course no cardumper to receive ironore.I worked at the point near ligthouse beach,in a very primitive Garage,and somtimes we had to go home because the place became flooded in the rainseason I believe all Lamco employees remember names like "Eagles nest" "Star bar" "Karl and Karin" and for the very early of you "Question bar".Yes we where young! I remember the Nautical club whith whaterskiing,sailing and diving.My favourit activity was fishing in Saint Jhons river,we caught many Barracudas and Groupers(my biggest weighed in at 13kg).My favourite meal is and was a dish called "Liberian country chop"I am shure you all miss this wonderfull meal.I left Buchanan in 1970,and would like to Know what happend since Lots of greetings Bob Christensen Finlandsvej 12 5500 Middelfart Denmark.

This site has helped bring back some memories. I was only there for a year but I made a great friendship with Stig Carlson. We both had pellet guns and would go off 'hunting'. I wonder where he is now? Perhaps someone reading this may know and let me know. The class photo 67/68 Grade 8 brings memories back too of the people I had a great time with. I look at the latest photos of the pool I spent many hours in and feel sad that it and the whole community is gone. I believe the idea was for Liberians to take over eventually. I wish they could have. Heidi, thank you for creating this site, you have done a great job. I will try and find our photos and see if any are worth posting.

Hi Heidi, Thanks a million for the love and care for our(your)country,Liberia . This kind gesture is highly appreciated especially, during these crucial and devastating period of our history when others may have forgotten the hospitality of Liberians, and the good old days there. Those fond memorable days we had in Yekepa and Buchanan will always be cherished. Well i used to live in Yekepa from Apr 75 to Apr/May 78. I was in grade 4 when we arrived. I don't remember many people from their, but i do remember Gisela and Suzanne Anderson (not sure of the correct spelling), When i get a moment i will see if Robert (my brother ) can scan some of the pictures i have from there and show me how to send them to you. One of your pictures at the Junior Golf thing looks like it might be me. In those days i won a few trophies - mostly because my parents forced me to take golf, just because they liked it. I hated it then, now if it was only a little cheaper i would play more. I remember a few memorable things from there, Like the time my father was getting ready to go to work and was just about to put his boots on, but then said to our houseboy wash them first. Good thing because inside was a "green mumba snake". The other when a bunch of families were going to cross over the ivory coast and this boa was massive. I also remember one boy asking if he could french kiss me (at age 10 - 11) and i said sure, i went over to the boy and rubbed my nose against his. I thought that's what was a french kiss, did the guy ever laugh, when i found out it involved lips and tongue ....gross. I believe we were the only Canadian family at that time that lived in Yekepa. I also remember we had our house broken into. About 10 years or so ago i got a call in Brampton from a girl who kept asking me to guess who she was, i could never guess, it ended up being Gisela and Suzanne... They were at the time hoping to come to America to me a rich man. I wonder if that every came true. I remember next door to us was a Maria Mathiesen of something like that. Also an Olga who left a year or so before us but lived on the same street. I also remember an Ingrid. For a while we did write back and forth, but their english was not good and my swedish was horrible. I used to be able to speak it , but as time passed and not having anyone to talk to in swedish..it just went ... Anyways i thank my brother for passing this on to me. We do live together in brampton. And hope to receive a reply.

Hello everybody! It has been really nice to sit here and read all your messages! I lived in nimba from 1965 to 1985, first in "F105" and later in "F53". I attended "E-school" from 1st to 9th grade, Mrs. McCritty and Mrs. Milton are some of the teachers I remember well. As a matter of fact, Mrs Milton had such a bad reputation among the students that I used to have nightmares every summer in case she was going to be my next class teacher. When I finally did get Mrs. Milton, she turned out to be one of the best teachers I ever had!! After 9th grade I started to work at the stables in private valley, where I gave riding lessons to a lot of people, and took care of my horse, Sheriff. If any one knows what happened to the horses I would really like to know. I met my husband, Todd, in 1979 at "Facias Bar and Disco" in P-market, our first daughter was born in Lamco hospital in 1983, we moved to Norway 1985, our second daughter was born here in 1989 and we are still married. Hi all friends and former LAMCO'ers. I first came to LAMCO Buchanan as a consultant in 1985 to reprogram some control systems for the washing plant. At that time I only stayed for four months, but when I been back in Sweden for a couple of months I was asked If I'd like to come and work for LAMCO so I went back to Buchanan in June -86 and stayed for two years, and I loved it and got a lot of good friends. I worked for the electrical department as senior foreman, in charge of installation, repair and maintenance on the plant from car-dumper to ship loader. This is a fantastic website! I lived in Liberia, Yekeba as a child between 1979-1981, my father Bengt Eriksson worked for Lamco. I went the International school until second grade and I remember my teacher Mrs Bingham very well. I have very fond memories of my time in Liberia, the golfcourse (where we went "spiderspotting"), the swimming pool and also the "cinema" for a dollar. The kids in my class came from different parts of the world and I´m sorry to say that I don´t know where any one is today. Dennis from Holland, Richard Taylor from England, Linn a norweigan girl, Sandra a good friend of mine, Jennifer who always invited everybody for her birthday parties(all the children got presents to bring home and i remember the barbiedoll), Jonathan. Well this site is just in place and I don't even know what or where to start. I was born in LAMCO-YEKEPA and found out that there was a company called LAMCO that cater to more that half the population of Nimba. My father Mohammed T.S Fofana worked with the company at the time. All we ever experience in yekepa was good time. I will never forget about the community center, the hourse riding club, the tennis court and a lot of memorable places. I attended the LAMCO area school system ("c" school). I had so many friends there until my father was transfer to Buchanan by the company; we lived the up to his death. There are a lot of us former residence of yekepa who really appreciate the creator of this site, cuz like Ambrose said it really brought back old memories. Ambrose lil' brother Alvis Sartee and I where classmates in Buchanan. we where in yekepa together and then litter found ourselves in Buchanan again. Much luv to yekepa.

Hi Heidi ! Nice homepage. I lived in Yekepa 1966-69 (in F55) Nearly next door to Peter Thejll. My parents returned to Buchanan during the period 1975-1980. I visited them a few times then. They went home shortly after the revolution. I have many fond memories of Liberia. When I got home i started playing drums and have done so ever since. Right now I´m playing in "Black Paddy", a band where we mix african and Irish music. I used to be a professional musician, but now I lead a a group of environmental workers (Miljöligan). Take care ! Cant help laughing at all you "civilised" folks in the comfort of "proper communities".....all mod cons etc..lol Me and my folks lived in what can be best described as a clearing in the bush...small pre-fab house.....only white folks in a village with a small sawmill....no electricity or running water in 1976! ( we dug 3 wells!) Wonder if any of the LAMCO train drivers remember a small logging park where a line was laid in for a timber co. to send logs to Buchanan??...Was about 10 miles south of Ganta or alternatively say perhaps a quarter or third of the way to Buchanan....sure was wild!! That train noise was only sound of modern civilisation for weeks on end sometimes... Does anyone recall this remote outpost???? I miss and love Liberia very much.....seems to deeply touch all who were there.... "The Love of Liberty brought us here..." Beautiful........and thanks for the excellent site.

Heidi ! Visiting your excellent Liberia site, certainly brings back memories from Liberia. As a young man I had the opportunity to sail the seven seas as a merchant mariner, and for nearly two years was on a vessel going back and forth between US East coast and West Africa. This included frequent calls at both Monrovia and Buchanan. This was way back in the late 60's, but the memories are certainly vivid still. On one occasion we had the president ( Mr. W.V.S. Tubman) as a honoured passenger onboard, on one of his visits to the US. Maybe the site can materialize others that also have had the pleasure of visiting Liberia of yesteryear. I think and hope that more "liberia" related persons will find it and report, I think that we all who grew up in Liberia have a lot of joyous child hood memories in our hearts. Sad though about its late history. Maybe it would be a good thing with a history page were we could go and fill in recollections about our child hood, offcourse the elders might want to join in. I was a Peace Corps Volunteer, teaching at Sanniquellie Central High School. I was talking the other day to a former student of mine. He is Mano and from the nearby town of Sakimpa. When he was about 10 (circa 1963-64), he remembers the visit of a Swedish anthropologist doing research in the area. I inquired about the identity of this scholar in an e-mail to the Liberia Studies Association and received a reply from that noted, "His name is Kjell Zetterström, who is Director of a museum in Götheborg, Sweden." Do you know whether this may be true, and if so, how I could contact Mr. Zetterström?

Thanks for this chance to link with people of our great city. Sad that not much is left of Yekepa but even more sad that some people are still hanging on there in the hope that some big company will open the mines again and restore those years the locust have eaten. Upon visiting Yekepa during my holidays in December 1999 I could not help but cry trying to recognize with difficult those sites and structure I knew so well. Never did I know that man could be so mean as to deface such a beautiful. I can only ask us all to remember the people back home in our prayer and beg God never to allow any man again to break down what he did not build. My only consolation is that the Hospital in which I was born is still the Hospital I met with those had working nurses, one of whom used to be my mother. What help we can gather in medication for the hospital will be to them news that God is visiting the community center. GOD BLESS US ALL

When I first noticed the web site with the names and the pictures it was like being brought back to my childhood. He's born the same year as me, -66 and I guess he attended E-school all of his school-years. He's currently living and working in Monrovia with an organization he has founded. When I first came across the terrible pictures from ol' Yekepa I became very SAD. Of course I should've known, but my memories of Liberia are still so vivid and alive that I couldn't imagine the destruction of Yekepa in its full extent. I have always had the impression that despite the Civil War it should be possible to return to the Eden of my youth - but now it's gone. But after a while my grief turned into surprise and joy and I became very HAPPY when I recognised the names of my long lost schoolmates from Yekepa: Trond, Anna, Eva, Magnus, Börge, Roger, Stefan and many many others. I spent my 7th, 8th and 9th grades in Yekepa in the years of 75-77. I lived at area F with my younger brother Torbjörn, sister Vanja and my parents Gösta (at Maint. dept.) and Marianne (at times working on the Red Cross 'Jungle-bus'). If anyone remember I rode a terrible noisy norwegian motorbike called Tempo and I also used to participate at the monthly go-kart races (sometimes winning, sometimes loosing). I believe my years in Yekepa are the most important ones in my life - I can still remember the nightly smells of P-market, the trips into the bushes, the poolbar, the cinema...You name it! After the years in Liberia we moved about a lot in Sweden, but finally I have settled down on the countryside outside Göteborg with Ulrica and our two daughters (5 and 3). I am currently working as a University teacher at the Law faculty, Gothenburg university. If my name doesn't ring a bell it's propably because I was then more known under the nick-name Bollox... I arrived in Liberia 1976 and worked for Infis for 3.5 years. The last 6 month I worked for LAMCO. I like many have unforgettable memories from my Africa time. I am the guy in the photo gallery with the yellow airplane. I met my wife Susan St Clair while in Buchanan. 1980 after driving a Landrover that whas one of the first Lamco cars, across Liberia-Ivorycoast-Mali-UpperVolta-Niger-Algeria-Marocco to Sweeden We decided to go to USA to visit Susans parents.The trip was done by me and Susan and my oldest son Pierre. We are still living here in Arvada Colorado, this is a suburb to Denver. We live a few miles from the foot hills of the Rocky Mountains. Me and Susan have two boys age 15 and 19 years old. We now own and operate a modern machine shop catering to the aero space and manufacturing industry. We also manufacture full scale racing air planes such as used at the National Air races in RENO Nevada. We talk still about the Liberia time and wonder about what happened to all the rest of you. I agree with Heidi the FREEDOM whe had during the years in Africa will never be experienced again. I cherish the memories and hope to some day visit Afrika again. Hi Heidi, I have allready signed the guestbook once. I am writing again to say thanks to all those who have participated in the making of the book on Lamco. I received it in the mail only a few days ago, and I couldn't leave it until I had read all the pages through. The book brought back so many memories. My memories of Liberia are those of childhood and early adolesence. As an adult and a parent I have felt the need to obtain more knowledge and understanding to complete my memories. I sincerely feel that this book has given me answers to some of the questions I have had. Hi everyone! Thanks Heidi for a great site! Many memories from the best time of my life!!! Cool to see so many friends & my old school pictures! I remember 1907 as it was Yesterday! Milk & Education might be good for kids but MINI HONDAS WILL MAKE KIDS HAPPY FOR LIFE!! - Remember! (Thanks Dad!) Haven't been to a reunion since 97 or 98. I've been living in Nuku'alofa, Tonga on & off since 1986 and I finally migrated here in 2000 as I got asylum as a Swedish Tax Refugee. I am currently running an Electronic Shop / Workshop ('Ata Lea Electronics) here on Tongatapu (Kingdom of Tonga) which we opened 1992. Where is Tonga?? Well it's not really big but the small dots in the South Pacific that makes the Dateline look so funny will help you find these paradise islands on a map - and YES we are the first to see the sunrise everyday! Tonga has turned out to be just the right place for me as it has much of the same "developing country" atmosphere as I experienced in Liberia (A wonderful mix of Chaos & Freedom in development). Nowadays I repair and sell electronics (TV, VCR, DVD, Audio, Marine & Navigation etc) for a living. Life is great but I need more time for my hobbies; Game fishing, Snorkeling, Whale diving, Darts, Bar-hopping & Beer drinking. I lived in Yekepa with my Brother Stephen, my dad was the Crusher Manager Lamco. I now live in Uganda, E Africa as British Airways Country Manager. Hello to everyone!! It is very weird but today I had an urge to surf the web and see if there was anything on Liberia. Then I found this site, very well done, my compliments. I also have very nice memories of Liberia. The school, the beaches, the climate and most of all the freedom we had. I also viewed the photos and a lot of memories came back. I lived in Monrovia in 1979. My father was an engineer working on the Hotel Africa for the OAU. I attended the Mesurado School and we used to go hang out at a place called 'the North Beach Club'.While we were there the first 'troubles' started. I met Olaf Jass (who lived in Yekepa) in Israel in 1988. I was working on a moshav and we became great friends talking about the time we spent in Liberia. I was stunned to see his photograph on this website. The last I heard about Olaf was that he had joined the foreign legion. If anyone knows his whereabouts, I would love to get in touch with him!

Once Cheryl told me about the site, I was amazed at the names, places and faces I slowly began to recall from my 9 years in Liberia. The biggest surprise was receiving a telephone call from my best old mate, Cliff Illie in 2002. We hadn't spoken to each other since 1976. If anyone arranges a reunion, I will be happy to attend. Likewise, if anyone is brave enough to plan a trip back to Buchanan, I will give it serious thought to attend. As for now, I am happy and married to Amanda and we have 2 kids, Lewis & Alana. This is a great way to try and find old school friends. I lived with my family, Joop and Hilda Hoogkamer and my younger brother Daniel, in Monrovia, where my father worked for O.A.C. My brother and I attended B.I.P.S. I wonder if someone remembers us. One interesting thing though, is that I have been corresponding with my old school-buddy Pikesh Srivastava ever since we both fled Liberia in 1979. Nowadays we use email and chat about once a week. Thanks to Heidi for putting this great site together. I lived in Buchanan in 74-75 & attended Lamco Int. School for Kindergarden. My Dad, Bill, worked at the mine and my Mom, Dorothy, is a nurse and worked at the hospital. We had a very sweet house-boy named Jimmy and a chimp named Charlie. Although I was so young at the time, I still have wonderful memories of beaches, fishing, snake charmers and occasionally hearing Janis Joplin singing "Me and Bobby McGee" on the radio. The smell of mangos always takes me back there! What a wonderful experience in was having lived there. I hope the people of Liberia can one day live in peace.

Hi Heidi! What a great deal of work you´ve put in! I really enjoy watching old pictures even if I had left Yekepa in 1976. Internet is a great tool for connecting people, and especially in our case where we came from all over, stayed a couple of years and took of again. I was six years old when we moved to yekepa in 1968, we first lived next to Mathiesens, I got this adress from Christian the other day. My father was one of the doctors in Yekepa, Kell Jakobsen (remember Björnligan??) and my mother Harriet was employed as a socialworker and started up women- and children groups.
